That would be nice. If she lives to be as old as I am when I am old. There will be no more showing off, seduction or pretence, no more glances cast in the direction of the other to know if he or she is looking or judging.
There will be no more reserve, pride or vanity, no more narcissism or self-love.
Just flabby, hanging, wrinkled limp old skin.
Nothing but fat cellulite, holes in the bacon.
Nothing but collapsing bellies and sagging buttocks.
Nothing but white hair in the places where it will survive.
Nothing but stains, marks and moles that will have long ceased to the beauty spots.
Nothing but in grown toenails, swollen out of shape by fungus.
Where nothing else is left, because we will be there, there will remain love.
